Recognize, Consider and React to Your Inner Voice

7.67

I have created a survey of the inner voice (that I use too) to help you Recognize, Consider and React to what it is telling you in response to a question or topic. Yes you may need to do some analyzing and research to see if your thoughts are rational and if expressing your opinion will literally offend the vast majority. But it is helpful to do this work so that you can build confidence in yourself and others can get to know what you're thinking.

Is it a struggle for you to share your opinions with others...in real life, face-to-face conversations? Do you clam up and bite your tongue thinking no one is going to care, let alone hear you? What about their reactions? Are you excessively afraid of rejection, debating, or giving the wrong impression of yourself?

This could be a sign of a lack of confidence in who you are. I struggle with these feelings too, but I always try to remember that my opinions matter, and I believe it. You don't need to feel like the opinion of those who naturally take over the conversation are the only right ones. They just have the confidence to share whatever it is they are thinking.

Now I challenge you to join me in doing the same.
